Our Seminars Are Provided To Participating
Federal Agencies Or Their Employees.

Working with each agency’s Human Resources Director, The Federal Employees Retirement and Benefits Institute* provides a dynamic approach to designing full-day or half-day sessions depending on the agency’s needs.

All of our educators are retired federal employees fully trained in the field of federal benefits and retirement plans. Seminars are provided to the participating agency or its employees. And we welcome federal agencies to monitor each seminar for compliance.

Sessions cover in detail FERS and CSRS benefits plus special provisions for Air Traffic Controllers, Firefighters, Law Enforcement Officers, Capitol Police, Supreme Court Police or Nuclear Materials Couriers. Topics include:
